Join Southern Cross Austereo (SCA) in shaping the future of Australia's audio landscape. We're on the lookout for a highly skilled Junior Research Analyst to leverage sales revenue by providing up-to-date research analysis to Local and Agency Sales Teams across the SCA network.

What You'll Do:

  • Leverage data insights to drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective research strategies
  • Conduct thorough market research and analyze consumer behavior
  • Provide actionable recommendations to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in media or market research, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Media, or related fields
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • A curious mindset, with a passion for understanding consumer behavior and media trends
