Key Insights Role

We are seeking an individual to lead our key insights initiatives, focusing on consumer research and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market research, with experience in developing and implementing custom consumer research projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive consumer research strategies, including project design, vendor management, and data analysis.
  • Manage multiple research projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Lead the day-to-day management of consumer panel data, providing regular market share reporting and trend analysis.
  • Collaborate with vendors to select and onboard new research tools, ensuring optimal value and impact on business decisions.
  • Present insightful findings to cross-functional teams, driving business growth through data-driven decision making.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in market research, with 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work independently, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in questionnaire development, programming, and data analysis is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex research findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Food service/restaurant industry knowledge is a plus, as is prior sensory/product testing experience.
