Job Title: Digital Data Insights Specialist

As a skilled Digital Data Insights Specialist, you will play a vital role in uncovering hidden trends and insights from large datasets to inform business decisions. This is a permanent opportunity.

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented individual with a strong background in digital analytics to join our team. As a Digital Data Insights Specialist, you will work closely with stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights that shape our digital products and journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, build, and maintain analytics dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
  2. Analyse enterprise and behavioural data from platforms like Google Analytics, Big Query, Databricks, Qualtrics, and Adobe to uncover trends and insights for digital product optimisation.
  3. Work as part of an Experimentation Centre of Excellence to build a culture of data-led improvement and conversion-rate optimisation.
  4. Build reports and dashboards to measure performance and support product optimisation.
  5. Support risk management through clear and quality control processes, escalating issues as needed.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in technology, science, mathematics, business, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with digital analytics in a complex enterprise.
  • Strong analytical and consulting skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships, handle conflicting priorities, and persuade others to consider new perspectives.
  • Experience with experimentation and conversion-rate optimisation.
