We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to contribute to the Territories Stolen Generations Redress Scheme, focusing on healing trauma in Stolen Generations survivors from the Northern Territory, Australian Capital Territory, and Jervis Bay Territory.
You will work with a multi-disciplinary team, providing customer-focused services, managing workflow efficiently, and utilizing culturally appropriate language. Your strong engagement skills and high-level communication abilities will be crucial in delivering quality services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing a service to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples with sensitivity and respect
- Working within a multi-disciplinary team, adapting to a changing environment
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive case management records
- Taking personal responsibility for accurate completion of work and quality requirements
This APS5 equivalent hourly rate contract position is based in Woden, ACT. The successful candidate will have access to training opportunities and professional development to enhance their skills and knowledge.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around $90,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a supportive work environment, flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for career growth and development.
