About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Melbourne Head Office, Airport Business Park. As an HRBP, you will collaborate with business leaders and departments to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the overall business objectives of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage the full cycle of employee relations, including handling employee complaints, conducting investigations, and recommending appropriate resolutions.
  • Work with the recruitment consultant to ensure effective recruitment and selection processes, including workforce planning, job analysis, candidate screening, and onboarding.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, coaching, and employee development plans.
  • Provide tailored advice on retention that is relevant to the team and their context.
  • Support managers to train their team by recommending relevant E-Learning from DSV's global training library or sourcing other providers as appropriate.
  • Contribute to organizational development initiatives, including change management, employee engagement, and culture building.
  • Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations and DSV HR policies.
  • Analyse HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance HR effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Team-player - cooperate effectively with the team and work collaboratively to achieve personal/department/company goals.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
