Our client is one of the world's largest fashion brand with stores located across Australia. This is a unique and very exciting opportunity to join a team working in Melbourne CBD for the first 6 months and then relocating to Sydney with travel to Perth.
Reporting to the Human Resources Operations Manager, you will provide high-quality people-related leadership, coaching, and support to senior leaders, managers, team members and external stakeholders. Your expertise will be crucial in aligning services with organisational objectives at both strategic and operational level. This role will be based in Sydney with some business-related travel to Western Australia.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead innovation and change by anticipating HR-related needs and delivering strategic solutions.
- Partner with people leaders to build trusted partnerships, enabling the development of people-focused solutions across the employee life cycle.
- Coach and advise people leaders on practical solutions for P&C matters, including employee relations, talent management, recruitment and retention, coaching, and performance management.
- Support and coach leaders in identifying people implications associated with organisational change to facilitate the implementation of change initiatives.
**Skills & Experience**:
- Between 3- 5 years' experience HR generalist with experience in the Retail Industry
- Ability to lead culture and change
- Knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
- Workday and/or other HRIS system experience
- Qualification in Human Resources management/Psychology
- Strong business acumen
