Job Description

The Perth IT Support role is responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to all users within the region.

This position involves providing face-to-face assistance through our Tech Hub, supporting remote operations, and managing stock levels by leveraging Hardware Asset Management.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for technical queries across Perth, providing both face-to-face and remote support
  • Manage hardware assets and stock levels using a ServiceNow platform, ensuring accurate inventory and efficient deployment
  • Support critical operations in the HIVE by troubleshooting desktop-level incidents and requests
  • Ensure compliance with best practices, covering incident, request, change and problem management.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement through identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency enhancements

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar technical support role, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Proven experience in handling incidents, requests, changes, and problems according to ITIL practices
  • Experience with Hardware Asset Management and maintaining IT stock levels
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and practices for effective service management
  • Advanced problem analysis and problem-solving skills with Networking, Server & Storage, Microsoft 365, and hardware
  • Proficiency in various operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
