Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Client Growth Manager to join our dynamic team in Brisbane.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, driving new business growth, and achieving sales targets.

  • Managing an assigned customer base
  • Growing the current portfolio with new accounts
  • Conducting site audits to ensure services are delivered to customer satisfaction

This role combines account management with new business development. You will be responsible for:

  1. Developing strategic business relationships with major accounts
  2. Developing proposals appropriate to customers' needs
  3. Facilitating the resolution of operational and accounts issues
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to balance field activity with speedy client response timelines
  • Strong selling and negotiating skills
  • Versatility to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
