About This Position:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team as Director of Client Growth. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Foster a collaborative culture that prioritizes client satisfaction, engagement, and retention.

- Develop strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth while streamlining operations to achieve performance goals.

- Support and empower a workforce of Support Workers, Leads, and Managers, fostering strong relationships with clients, families, and the community.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within a similar industry.

- Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
