Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Value Advocate. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping people achieve their health and wellbeing goals.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing personalized recommendations to customers on the most suitable health and wellbeing products based on their needs. You will also work with the wider community to develop business and community-based relationships that promote our brand and products and drive the acquisition of new members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized product recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and retention.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven sales and customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
