We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Clienteling Specialist to join our team in Sydney. As a brand ambassador, you will be immersed in the world of Montblanc and learn about our extensive product categories and heritage.

Your career will begin in either our King Street or Castlereagh Street boutiques, where you will support your Boutique Manager and Supervisor in undertaking sales, clienteling, and operational tasks. Key responsibilities include:

  • Achieving sales targets
  • Providing exceptional client management
  • Product, merchandise, and inventory management
  • Serving as a dynamic brand ambassador

Our team offers ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure your success. You will receive personalized coaching and support to help you grow within the company.

The successful candidate will possess strong retail experience, a solid understanding of clienteling, and an interest in luxury goods. A competitive salary is available for this role, with an estimated AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum depending on qualifications and experience.
