About you
As a Personal Banker, you are a key member of our team. Your exceptional customer service skills and adaptability will allow you to thrive in this role. You have extensive experience in a customer service or sales environment and possess the ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly. You are eager to understand and share with others what makes our bank different, including your understanding of financials and business performance. Consumer lending and banking finance industry experience is a plus but not essential.
About the Role
This exciting opportunity will see you deliver exceptional customer service as you get to know your customers and their circumstances to find the right solutions for their needs. As a Personal Banker, you will be at the forefront of providing front-of-house concierge, finding solutions and educating customers, as well as providing consumer lending and other financial solutions relevant to their lifestyle.
