Team Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role and lead a large team of professionals in the field of Banking/Financial services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in people management, with a proven track record of successfully leading teams to achieve their goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of KYC associates, providing guidance and support as needed, and ensuring that all team members are working towards achieving the team's objectives.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the business by implementing process improvements, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and delivering high-quality results.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of Banking/Financial services and industry practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
