Customer Experience Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Banking professional to join our Retail Banking team in Brisbane. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through meeting each customer's end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating them on digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide seamless branch experience by meeting each customer's end-to-end banking needs
  • Act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience
  • Contribute to significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, and create real customer value
  • Support business initiatives, and take responsibility for 'know your customer' from a risk perspective
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer focus, retail experience an advantage
  • Experience in using technology and working knowledge of different digital channels an advantage
  • Ability to multi-task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
  • Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Sound understanding of compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
