Business Banking Opportunity

This is a high-performing business banking opportunity for a professional with a passion for commercial lending and customer service.

As a successful business banker, you will be responsible for cultivating strong connections with your local community and customers by building deep relationships, providing compelling propositions, and delivering exceptional execution.

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of home ownership solutions available to business customers and a proven ability to build awareness of the bank's business banking proposition in the local market.

The role involves facilitating great customer conversations, proactively engaging customers to support their business and personal goals, and preparing for customer conversations with valuable insights.

Additionally, the successful candidate will host small business education events to support the ongoing financial wellbeing of businesses and attend key stakeholder meetings to build referral partnerships and address service pain points.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate great customer conversations that help to understand their goals and needs and provide relevant and timely solutions.
  • Proactively engage customers to support their business and personal goals.
  • Prepare for customer conversations with a view to providing valuable insights.
  • Host small business education events to support the ongoing financial wellbeing of businesses.
  • Attend key stakeholder meetings to build referral partnerships and deal with service pain points.
