We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to assume the role of Retail Banker.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve sales objectives by identifying and marketing banking products and services that meet customers' needs
- Process financial transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance duties
- Handle branch servicing tasks such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and ATM upkeep
- Employ problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
