Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Specialist to join our team at ASIC. This is a key role that will involve developing and maintaining learning resources, working closely with Subject Matter Experts, and contributing to business engagement and readiness plans.

About the Role

  • This position involves developing and maintaining learning resources for internal and external users of Regulatory Systems;
  • Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to document and maintain Regulatory Systems policies and procedures;
  • Conducting quality assurance reviews of Regulatory Systems policies, procedures, and best practices;
  • Supporting business readiness activities for process and system enhancements;
  • Identifying, planning, and implementing process improvement opportunities;
  • Supporting projects and other initiatives as required;
  • Preparing ongoing and ad-hoc Regulatory Systems operational reports;
  • Undertaking user acceptance and product verification testing as required;
  • Maintaining effective working relationships with stakeholders across all levels.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A relevant Bachelor's degree;
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with subject matter experts to understand requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement;
  • Experience engaging stakeholders across all levels and maintaining effective working relationships;
  • Knowledge of or demonstrated ability to quickly acquire knowledge of ASIC's systems and underlying technologies, Microsoft CRM Dynamics, SharePoint RCR, ASIC Search, and RDR;
  • Ability to analyse and understand business requirements and solve complex issues;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to manage tasks efficiently, meet timelines, and produce quality results.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities, flexible work arrangements, and a supportive team environment.
