**About the Role**

We're seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. As a Desktop Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to end-users
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify process improvements and implement new procedures
  • Continuously improve customer satisfaction through active feedback and performance tracking
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and procedures
  • IDentify and address day-to-day technology issues, working closely with external parties when necessary
  • Support the onboarding process for new team members, including IT setup and training
  • Assist with event technology setup and coordination

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in a Desktop Support role
  • Strong network knowledge and Windows 10 expertise
  • Experience with Windows Server 2016/2019
  • A positive mindset with a 'can do' attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
