Are you a skilled IT professional looking for a challenging role? We are seeking a Desktop Network EUC IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless functionality of desktop devices and network connectivity in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop hardware, software, and network problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, or in-person, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Maintain and update desktop operating systems, applications, and drivers, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.
  • Configure and troubleshoot wired and wireless networks, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Implement and maintain active directory policies and user accounts, providing secure access to company resources.
  • Perform hardware installations, upgrades, and repairs, working efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and diagnose network connectivity issues, resolving problems promptly.
  • Manage and resolve user requests for IT support, delivering exceptional customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, preferably with a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in desktop support or a related field, with a strong background in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification, demonstrating expertise in desktop hardware and software.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in troubleshooting desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS).
  • Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Experience with wireless technologies (WiFi, Bluetooth).
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and user management.
  • Understanding of hardware components and peripherals.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
