IT Support Specialist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT support specialist to provide top-notch desktop and network support to our team of professionals and clients.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for Active Directory, Exchange servers, Microsoft Teams, Wi-Fi management, and device management
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of relevant IT procedures and day-to-day tasks through ticketing systems
  • Manage office equipment stock, including laptops, headsets, mice, keyboards, etc.
  • Support ad hoc requests from internal stakeholders, vendors, and clients

In addition to excellent technical skills, we are looking for someone who can provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with VIP and executive stakeholders and clients.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop and network support, with a strong background in Active Directory, Office 365 administration and configuration, and Microsoft Teams.

You will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and upgrading relevant software and hardware tools, as well as providing ongoing support and maintenance for our team's IT infrastructure.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including internal teams, vendors, and clients.
