Job Title: Coordinated Care Associate — ARcare

Job Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Travel: 10-25%

Responsibilities

Discover a rewarding career at ARcare. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Coordinated Care Associate to join the ARcare team. In this role you will assist the Administrative Director of coordinated Care and the Assistant Administrative Director of coordinated with everyday tasks directly associated to the Coordinated Care program. This position is responsible for supporting work operations for all coordinated care activities by following policy and procedures and maintaining quality results. Primary job responsibilities include identifying program participants from internal and external referrals, managing insurance eligibility status, scheduling appointments, outreach, and additional projects and tasks as designated to support the coordianted care program services.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Basic computer knowledge is preferred
