Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Administrator
">Role Overview:This is a critical role within our organization, responsible for the administration of compensation and benefits programs. As a key member of the HR team, you will be involved in various aspects of payroll management, including employee data maintenance, compliance audit reports, and service ticket resolution.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Employee Data: Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee records, including personal and payroll-related information.
- Conduct Compliance Audit Reports: Proactively identify and resolve errors through regular review of employment conditions and employee data.
- Interpret EBA Requirements: Maintain compliance with over 90 Enterprise Agreements by interpreting complex regulations and ensuring adherence.
- Service Ticket Management: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve inquiries and escalate issues as necessary.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- High-Volume Payroll Operations: Experience working with SAP and managing large datasets.
- Multiple EBAs Understanding: Strong comprehension of multiple Employment Benefit Agreements.
- Excel Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to analyze complex data sets.
- Excellent Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
