- Manage patient records and filing, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Process relevant paperwork, including data entry and billing.
- Ensure the smooth running of the clinic, liaising with the team to maintain efficient processes.
- Previous experience in a medical industry setting, preferably in a patient-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
- Knowledge of patient billing systems and related Medicare mechanisms would be highly valued.
- A casual rate of pay.
