The Department of Education seeks a Legal Officer to work in the Legislation and Government Law Unit, responsible for delivering and regulating state-wide learning and development services.
This role involves supporting the work of the LGLU, including the development, management and implementation of legislative and regulatory projects.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct technical and complex legal analysis, legal advice, legislative drafting, legal policy, project management and effective stakeholder engagement.
