We are seeking a highly skilled Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences for employees and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm welcome and issue visitor and parking passes, following security protocols and ensuring seamless execution.

  • Answer phone calls professionally and create presentations for various-sized groups, showcasing excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Arrange and confirm events, activities, and services as requested, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask.

  • Manage work orders and coordinate workplace services, including mail and office supply services, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Respond to inquiries, complaints, and suggestions from employees, guests, and colleagues in a professional and customer-focused manner, always maintaining a positive attitude and empathetic approach.

  • Organize on-site events, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of supplies, and collaborating with vendors and suppliers to ensure efficient services.

  • Foster a culture of safety and security by following property-specific procedures and notifying relevant parties in case of emergencies.

  • Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders, communicating complex information clearly and concisely, and adhering to specific directions and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with up to 2 years of job-related experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.

  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.

  • Effective communication skills to exchange straightforward information, both verbally and in writing.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with proficiency in using these tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
