Job Title: Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to oversee the administrative team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership presence, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. They will be responsible for allocating tasks, monitoring performance, and identifying areas for process improvement.

  • Supervise and guide the administrative team to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Allocate tasks and monitor performance to meet departmental goals.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and projects while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to optimize resources.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, including scheduling meetings and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and reporting.

To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record of success in administrative roles, particularly in supervisory capacities. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is also required.
