Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and reporting purposes.
  • Support HR and finance departments with administrative tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with proven experience in administrative roles, particularly in a supervisory capacity. Strong organizational and leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in MS Office and office management software, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively are also essential.

A strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving are highly valued. Experience with ERP systems or administrative software, knowledge of office safety and compliance regulations, and preferred skills such as leadership, teamwork, time management, and adaptability would be advantageous.
