This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Role

The Accounts Payable Stock Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day process and controls management. This includes reconciling monthly statements for all suppliers, managing debit balances and aged on-hold invoices, and entering and matching stock-related invoices to GRNI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Manage debtors and creditors
  • Process and match stock-related transactions
  • Support the Accounts Payable Team Leader with process management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a high-volume transactional environment
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and procedures
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in IT skills, including Excel and ERP systems
