About the Role:

You will be responsible for providing high-quality advice and support to our governance bodies, working directly with our Secretariat team to facilitate governance best practices and compliance with regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance on corporate governance matters
  • Assist in maintaining corporate registers and records
  • Coordinate and schedule board meetings
  • Prepare accurate minutes and actions
  • Liaise with internal teams as needed
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

- Relevant qualifications in Business, Law, or a related discipline

- Experience in enabling effective governance in a complex environment

- Comprehensive knowledge of the Corporations Act and ASIC requirements

- Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm to engage with individuals across the firm

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
