Job Summary
The Southern Adelaide Local Health Network (SALHN) is seeking a dedicated and efficient Administration Officer to join the Division of Corporate Nursing. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the SALHN Operational Centre and Patient Flow Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate inter-hospital transfers and direct admission pathways
- Contribute to effective communication using Electronic Management Records, Calvary Patients, and SIFT
- Collaborate with the Hospital Coordinator team and State-wide Operational Command Centre team
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and hospital information
Requirements
- High level of personal organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Interpersonal skills consistent with providing high-quality customer service
- Flexibility across 7 days per week with 3 shifts per day
