An exciting opportunity is available with the Court Services Victoria to lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering innovative justice programs that cater to individuals with complex needs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of professionals, ensuring high-quality service delivery within a dynamic court environment.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate daily operations of CISP BaRC and NAT programs.
- Provide supervision, mentoring, and clinical oversight to program staff.
- Manage client caseloads and support staff in risk assessment and mitigation.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet service demands.
- Drive continuous improvement and implement evidence-informed practice models.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with clients with complex needs and well-developed knowledge in mental health, alcohol and substance use/addiction, family violence, or homelessness.
They will also possess strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, along with a tertiary qualification in a related field.
