Justice Connect is a leading organisation dedicated to making legal support accessible to all. Our team designs and delivers high-impact programs that connect people and community organisations with free legal help, driving systemic reform to create fairer laws and a more just society.
This role offers a unique opportunity to lead our Specialist Legal Programs, overseeing the development and delivery of innovative solutions that improve outcomes for older people, self-represented litigants, and communities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and vision for program growth and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality programs.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, including health, aged care, courts, tribunals, and regulators.
- Embed human-centred design and digital transformation in service delivery.
- Lead a team of managers and lawyers, fostering a safe, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
- A law degree and eligibility to practise in Australia.
- 5+ years post-admission experience in public interest, civil justice, elder law, or community legal practice.
- Proven leadership and collaboration skills, with experience in program design, service delivery, evaluation, and growth.
- A permanent, 0.8 FTE senior leadership role.
- Flexible work arrangement, with opportunities for compressed hours.
