
Sales Performance Leader

We are seeking a dynamic and driven leader to take charge of daily store operations, coach and develop the team, and drive sales performance.
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading daily store operations to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Fostering a high-performance culture through team motivation, training, and mentoring
- Monitoring store performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement
- Overseeing stock levels, store presentation, and visual merchandising to brand standards
- Managing rostering and controlling wage costs efficiently
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols
- Supporting succession planning and team development to grow future leaders
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment. You will have strong leadership qualities, excellent communication and team development skills, and the ability to drive sales and manage store performance.
