Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Case Manager to join our team. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for managing complex life insurance claims in accordance with industry best practices and company policies.
About the Role
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining regular communication with customers regarding claim status and expectations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify process improvements and implement changes that enhance team efficiency and productivity.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, including new guidelines, processes, and policy changes.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years' experience in senior case management roles within the life insurance sector.
- Able to build rapport and empathy with customers during challenging situations and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Advanced organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, or related fields (desirable).
