Job Title: Insurance Case Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Insurance Case Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating and determining claims for liability and/or compensation using legislation and in accordance with national standards and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and determine claims for liability and/or compensation using legislation and in accordance with national standards and objectives.
- Liaise with clients, internal and external stakeholders, including medical centres and legal firms to obtain evidence required to determine claims.
- Effectively manage claim caseloads in accordance with key performance indicators.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in claims processing, clearly outlined in the CV.
- Previous administrative experience within the Federal or State Government is desirable.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work with set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Benefits:
