About the Role

As a Banking Consultant at Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited (ANZ), you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer experiences across various banking activities. Your primary responsibility will be to meet each customer's end-to-end banking needs, ensuring seamless transactions, needs-based conversations, and educating them on digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized banking services to customers, addressing their financial needs and preferences.
  • Act as a role model and peer coach, promoting a collaborative team environment and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, creating real customer value.
  • Participate in and support bank programs and initiatives, ensuring compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.
  • Take responsibility for 'knowing your customer' from a risk perspective.

Requirements

  • Exceptional customer focus, with retail experience being an advantage.
  • Experience in using technology and promoting digital channels.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to change and ambiguity.
  • Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Sound understanding of compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
