Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our Sub-acute Specialty Clinic (SACS) team at Latrobe Regional Hospital. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide high-quality support to our clinicians and clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to clinicians, including client referrals, appointments, and day-to-day tasks
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and phone calls, providing a warm and welcoming experience
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as required
- Collaborate with the team to achieve clinic goals and objectives
Requirements
- Great organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills with Office applications and ability to learn new programs
- Experience in reception or a similar administrative role
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well as part of a team
