About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Service and Warranty Administrator to join our team at Penske. As the first point of contact for the Service department, you will be responsible for liaising with clients to increase and maximize all parts/service sales, building relationships with customers to ensure ongoing business, and processing warranty claims in an accurate and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients to increase and maximize all parts/service sales
  • Build relationships with customers to ensure ongoing business and customer satisfaction
  • Process warranty claims in an accurate and timely manner
  • Provide support to customers and the Service team for all invoicing and warranty requirements
  • Assist with the management of WIP and provide support to external and internal customers and the Service team for all invoicing, warranty, and Allison X-Trans requirements
About You
  • Minimum of 2 years' administration/clerical experience
  • Ability to communicate information in a positive manner, i.e. clear, logical, helpful, prompt, to both clients and fellow employees
  • Ability to operate efficiently and accurately, office equipment such as, but not limited to: PC & Telephone System
  • Ability to read and interpret catalogues, bulletins, and support literature
