Job Summary
Latrobe Regional Hospital is seeking a skilled Health Information Clerk to join our Health Information Department on a casual basis. As a Health Information Clerk, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient and customer-focused service through clerical, computer, and reception duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Health Information Department, including data entry, records management, and customer service.
- Assist in the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental goals and objectives, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and support staff.

Requirements
- Experience working in a health service environment, with a strong understanding of healthcare policies and procedures.
- Competent in the use of computer systems, including data entry and record management software.
