Strategic Marketing Manager for Retail Growth

We are seeking a strategic marketing professional to manage end-to-end marketing campaigns and drive business growth in retail investments. This role involves creating and executing marketing strategies to enhance our team's presence and achieve sales objectives.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in marketing management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders. They will be responsible for maintaining high-level communication throughout campaigns, managing external suppliers, and developing ongoing marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Campaign Management: Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including creation of marketing collateral and timely delivery.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Maintain high-level communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Supplier Management: Manage external suppliers to deliver marketing content for property and team-related marketing initiatives.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Campaign Evaluation and Optimization: Evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies for future improvements.

Requirements:
