Job Title: Strategic Business Growth Manager

Job Summary:

As a Strategic Business Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business expansion through digital channels. You will be responsible for managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to drive growth.

Working closely with internal teams, you will ensure alignment and maximize business opportunities across existing channels. Your expertise in online marketing, sales, and business development will be crucial in expanding our presence in the enterprise technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an online channel strategy tailored for the SMB market.
  • Collaborate with Samsung Online and Marketing teams to drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Utilize online tools and platforms to engage with customers, gather feedback, and enhance product offerings.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities within existing accounts in the SMB market.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
  • Foster strong relationships with partners, resellers, and stakeholders to drive business growth and identify opportunities for strategic partnerships.

Requirements:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with:

  • Proven experience in SMB account management, partner sales, or a similar sales/marketing role.
  • Strong knowledge of product with the ability to develop sales plans for Samsung products.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, mentor, and motivate project/team members in a positive, accountable, and collaborative manner.
  • Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams and building strong customer relationships.
  • High level of business acumen with exceptional communication skills across all levels of the organization.
