Job Overview

We are seeking a sales professional to fill a Business Development Manager position. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business relationships with clients, unlocking their full potential and driving revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic sales plans, set performance targets and deliver projects on time
  • Establish goals and objectives, maintain effective communication with stakeholders and understand competitor strengths and ongoing sales activities
  • Liaise with national sales teams to ensure hotels have access to key accounts and maximise sales opportunities
Key Skills
  • Strong business acumen, influencing ability and strategic thinking
  • Experience in various market segments including corporate and government
  • Excellent presentation, commercial and interpersonal skills
