Job Description:
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with a diverse portfolio of business clients, delivering tailored solutions to meet their complex banking needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Nurture and grow an existing client base by providing exceptional service and identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients, leveraging expertise in commercial lending and financial analysis.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver a range of financial solutions, including transactional banking, cash flow management, and risk mitigation.
- Drive deal execution, structuring, and negotiation of complex solutions, ensuring successful outcomes for clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in building and leading a commercial or corporate portfolio, driving business growth and achieving key performance indicators.
- Strong skills in financial analysis, credit decisioning, and understanding underlying cash flow drivers.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, delivering a broad range of financial solutions and meeting customer needs.
