We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Indigenous Banking Specialist. This role will involve building and maintaining positive relationships with Indigenous customers and communities, ensuring they have access to our wide range of products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to Indigenous customers, answering their questions and promoting our self-service options.
- Identify issues and service gaps, working with stakeholders to address these and improve our services.
- Build rapport with customers, understanding their needs and taking their enquiries from start to finish.
- Conduct presentations and liaise with internal stakeholders to support the bigger picture of assisting Indigenous customers with their everyday banking.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated customer and community engagement skills.
- Ability to work in collaboration with communities, stakeholders and other government and non-government agencies.
- Strong customer service experience with excellent attention to detail.
As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a genuine difference to the wellbeing of Indigenous Australians. You will be working in a hybrid role, with a mix of working from home and in a local branch or office.
