Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Operations team at AU002 Marsh Pty Ltd_AU. This role will be based in the Brisbane office, working under a hybrid model that requires at least three days of on-site work per week.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated self-starter with strong administration and organizational skills to support colleagues and clients across all aspects of administration and technical support. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate, efficient, and timely policy and related documentation throughout the insurance lifecycle.

In this role, you will receive training through online learning modules, system support from the Operations team, and 1:1 on-the-job learning. You will also contribute to driving standardization of processes and procedures by providing legally compliant work to clients and entering accurate information into Marsh IT Applications.

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as a connector between Broking and Operations, fostering collaboration to deliver optimal client solutions.
  • Acquire and maintain an understanding of clients' business and insurance needs, ensuring all relevant information is noted and acted upon.
  • Ensure timely and accurate production of client transactions, including invoices, policy documentation, and renewal reports.
  • Support effective working relationships with clients and insurers while seeking opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records on all clients and adhere to the Company's quality practices and compliance policies.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Certificate or equivalent.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a similar broking/operational role, preferably in an insurance-related field.
  • A minimum Tier 1 ANZIIF Broking License.

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $70,000 - $90,000 AUD, depending on qualifications and experience.
