Job Title: Technology Governance Strategist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior technical stakeholders to drive strategic governance of technology assets, policies, data, and forums across Group Tech.
  • Develop and maintain technology policies, standards, and processes that adapt to regulatory changes while ensuring clarity and alignment with enterprise frameworks.
  • Own monthly LeanIX data quality reviews, championing data stewardship and a process-driven mindset to empower teams and support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide high-quality secretariat support for the Technology Advisory Council, managing agendas, tracking actions, and maintaining governance documentation.

About You:

  • As a seasoned professional, you will streamline documentation for usability and compliance, partnering with technical experts to ensure clarity and alignment with enterprise frameworks.
  • Develop strong cross-functional relationships with senior stakeholders to drive execution excellence, escalate risks and opportunities, and contribute to ongoing improvement and strategic alignment.
  • You will interpret and apply technical standards, collaborate effectively with senior architecture and engineering leaders, and ensure governance activities are robust whilst maintaining speed of change.
