As a seasoned Data Governance Strategist, you will ensure the seamless integration of data governance policies, processes and standards across our organization.

Job Description

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote best practices, document business rules for data usage and sharing (internal and third-party), embed minimum data management standards, and establish clear approval processes for data use or disclosure.

  • Develop and implement initiatives to guarantee adherence to contractual, regulatory, and internal rules regarding data assets.
  • Act as the primary subject matter expert, guiding stakeholders on appropriate and compliant use of data for new initiatives and use cases.
  • Provide independent oversight and guidance for all strategic data partnerships and procurement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of the data management strategy for the entire data lifecycle, ensuring data is handled according to organizational policies.
  • Drive the rollout and ongoing development of the data governance framework across projects and teams, fostering data stewardship and accountability.

Our ideal candidate has 5-7+ years experience implementing and operating data management strategies across large, complex organizations, with deep understanding of modern data architectures, data practices, and data technologies.
