Job Title: Chief Technology Strategist

About the Role:

The Chief Technology Strategist will drive technology execution of the vision and roadmap for CRM Workbench and VRM within Customer Channels & Data Domain, in partnership with business and technology stakeholders to maximise delivery of business value and support benefits realisation.

This is a key leadership role that requires hands-on experience using AWS cloud services, effectively utilising generative AI tools to assist in coding tasks, and displaying awareness of different AI engines and choosing the appropriate one for specific tasks. The successful candidate will have complex delivery planning skills, providing guidance and oversight to ensure that technical solutions are aligned to technology and business strategy.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead implementation of technology practices, tooling and training provided e.g. architecture (Service Domain blueprints), engineering governance and controls, and DevSecOps.
  2. Define technology metrics and track progress, leveraging data-driven insights to guide continuous improvement opportunities with key decision makers.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills. They will be able to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and build strong relationships with business partners.

A strong understanding of software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and cloud-based technologies is essential. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in working with AI/ML tools and technologies.
