About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Governance Strategist to play a key role in driving technology planning and program governance across a large, dynamic department.

As part of our high-performing team, you will lead the ICT governance function and uplift the department's technology governance framework. You will also coordinate the Project Management Office, support and develop digital governance practices including policies, processes and dashboards.

You will liaise with executive agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure the department's interests are clearly represented in whole-of-government reporting. Additionally, you will coordinate and lead technology governance and assurance committees, and lead the implementation of AI governance, assurance processes and functions.

You are a confident communicator and strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments. With a strong foundation in ICT governance and project management, you know how to deliver outcomes that make a real difference.
