Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of power generation and distribution projects, focusing on renewable energy and battery energy storage systems (BESS).
  • Lead design and engineering efforts, encompassing system protection, motor control, and power system studies.
  • Develop specifications and collaborate with construction and equipment selection teams.
  • Mentor junior engineers, establish strong client relationships, and support marketing activities such as proposals and project planning.
  • Cultivate effective communication with multidisciplinary teams and participate in project meetings and site visits.
Required Qualifications
  • Preferred: Protection and control design experience, including setting calculations. Familiarity with instrumentation, controls, and field startup/commissioning. Knowledge of renewable energy projects (PV, BESS, microgrids). Proficiency with electrical design software (ETAP, SKM, EasyPower, etc.) and AutoCAD. Ability to develop project schematics, specifications, and coordinate project activities.
  • Essential: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum 10 years of electrical design experience. Professional Engineer (PE) license. In-depth knowledge of electrical power systems, lighting, and safety systems.
